From Nana Kat's Apothecary, this 100ml bottle of plant magick is a gentle and natural way to balance and calm skin, refresh and clean pores, and support hydration and moister retention. This facial toner is suitable for all skin types but especially suitable for oily and acne-prone skin and is packed with plant hydrosols and extracts. It is lightly scented by the Clary Sage and Juniper Berry Hydrosols and the Bergamot Essential Oils, providing a fresh herbal, green scent with a floral and citrusy undernote.
Named for the legends of the Selkie, a Scottish mythological shape-shifting seal that can change into a beguiling woman (or man) by simply shedding her seal fur. Her stories are found all over the north of Scotland and throughout the Isles.
Nana Kat's Apothecary toners are made with steam-distilled botanical organic Hydrolsols rather than alcohol and water. These do not use alcohols (Isopropyl alcohol and Ethanols) as they can dry out and irritate skin. Hydrosols aid cleansing, are soothing and have anti-inflammatory properties. These toners are sulfate-free, paraben-free, alcohol-free, and synthetic fragrance-free.
All ingredients used are natural, Vegan and sustainably sourced. Nana Kat's Apothecary hand crafts all their products in small batches on the East Coast of Scotland, inspired by plant magick and folk herbalism.
