Refund policy
This refund and return policy applies to both our retail storefront and our online store.
We have a 14-day return policy, which for online orders and in-store pickup means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return if you change your mind. For in-store purchases, this is 14 days after placing your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original wrapping or other packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
The customer is responsible for paying return postage unless the item was faulty or mis-described. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. We expect to process your refund within 7 days of us receiving the item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Per the Consumer Protection Act, if the item is faulty or misdescribed, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it. Please get in touch with a description and photos of the fault. Email tara@wheeloffate.co.uk
Please note that with dried flower bundles a certain amount of fallout is to be expected (as described in the product listing), however we endeavour to get these to you as unscathed as possible by wrapping them safely in tissue.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on craft kits, craft kit accessories, sale items, or gift cards. Additionally, certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Royal Mail
We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hour service to send all of our parcels. We will provide you with a tracking number upon dispatch which you can use to track your order if taking longer than expected. We are not liable for lost items or damage caused during transit. If you the customer should make an error in filling out the address and the parcel is returned to us, we are happy to send the item again with the correct details, but you the customer will be responsible for the cost of the replacement shipping label. If the error was made by Wheel of Fate, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping label.
