‘Gothic Bat. Taken from the medieval carvings found upon the misericords and supports within the choir stalls of Lincoln Cathedral. This is a delightful reproduction of a hanging Bat, it is a stunning piece, beautifully carved in perfect condition and full of original detail. The Bat hangs majestically to the wall with its wings spread out and its head slightly to one side, interestingly the medieval craftsmen have given this Bat a slight smile. One of our unique and exclusive designs from our collection of hand crafted reproduction carvings which are taken directly from an original Cathedral carving. We pride ourselves with having permission to take moulds directly from the medieval carvings found upon the misericords and choir stalls from within the Cathedrals in the UK. Our moulds and production techniques capture and reproduce all the fine detail from the original carvings to produce a very high-quality piece with all the authenticity from the original.’
