Worry stones are smooth, polished gemstones that can be used to soothe stress and relieve anxiety. Usually these come in the shape of an oval with a thumb-sized indentation.

You can use a worry stone by simply holding it between the index finger and thumb, and then gently move your thumb back and forth across the stone.
